Orlando Rodriguez

Orlando is a technology and entrepreneurship enthusiast. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Central American University José Simeón Cañas (UCA). He has accumulated vast experience from working directly for Pension Fund companies and software consulting firms in El Salvador and Costa Rica. Through these experiences, he personally participated in the implementation of multiple software development projects for financial, insurance, food, airline, and many other companies.

In 2003, he founded his first technology company, which is currently one of the top software service companies in his country and the region. The company exports its services to several countries in the Americas.

Currently, Orlando manages multiple ventures and has been recognized for his social work. He creates corporate social responsibility projects that provide the first job opportunities for young people without prior experience in technology. These programs offer scholarships and specialized training for young individuals, who are then hired by his companies upon completing the training process.
